This is a custom design order, in which Mombie Makes & Co created the digital file and sent the order to have printed by a DTF company. The customer is to pick up the DTF order and press the order themselves. Mombie Makes & Co is not responsible for the quality of the DTF print, nor the press results, nor the shirt quality itself. And refunds are not an option. We will not be liable for anything going forward, as this was only a digital purchase and MMC ordering the DTF company to print the order.
